Abstract

El avance de la gubernamentalidad algorítmica redefine los límites entre libertad y control al instaurar un poder que opera sobre la subjetivación mediante mecanismos predictivos. Este artículo analiza la noción foucaultiana de libertad anárquica  como resistencia ontológica frente a la biopolítica digital. A través de una revisión genealógica del pensamiento de Foucault, se examina cómo la estadística transforma la relación entre poder y sujeto, reemplazando la represión por la modulación computacional de la conducta. Se argumenta que la libertad, entendida como práctica histórica de autoconstitución sin fundamento trascendental, emerge como alternativa ante la clausura ontológica generada por la automatización de la experiencia. El estudio concluye que sólo una ética de la contingencia, enraizada en la materialidad del cuerpo y la apertura del devenir, puede contrarrestar la lógica de codificación algorítmica.

Fernando Ramos Zaga, Universidad Privada del Norte, Perú

Fernando Ramos-Zaga es docente investigador en la Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN), Perú, y magíster en Gerencia Social. Su trabajo académico se centra en tres líneas principales de investigación: bioética, regulación de la tecnología y economía del comportamiento. Desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, examina cómo los avances tecnológicos transforman los marcos normativos, éticos y regulatorios contemporáneos, especialmente en contextos digitales y biotecnológicos.
