Reseña del libro México-España. Aportaciones a las teorías de la justicia Concepciones multidisciplinarias
Abstract
The book México-España. Aportaciones a las teorías de la justicia. Concepciones multidisciplinarias coordinated by Dora Elvira García González, Laura Alicia Soto Rangel y Elena Trapanese, published by Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, in 2023. It is a philosophical investigation about justice. The book has two sections, the first one talks about justice theorical notions in the XIX and XX centuries; and the second, about contemporary ideas.
The book approaches many classical conceptions like the teleological, natural law, community, and some others. It explores the origins, adaptations, interpretations, and representations of justice, and it suggests the transitional justice as a way of promoting peace and reconciliation. For that reason, this book is a recommended lecture.
