Abstract

This article addresses, from the feminist analysis, two key ideas of the study and subsequent representation of murderous violence against women: rape and the guilt of the victims. The feminist gaze discovers a whole area of understanding by placing itself from the perspective of the victims and questioning some of the most accepted and generalized ideas about the murderers of women. The article is part of the first findings of criminological research and the feminist analysis of Jane Caputi, Susan Brownmiller, Diana Russell and Celia Amoros, as well as the journalistic investigations of some feminists dedicated to the reporting and study of cases.

Key words: rape, guilt of the women, feminist gaze, woman killers
