Abstract

"Crónica à clef" is the result of reading Estrella de dos puntas (Ariel, 2021), a book recognized with the Xavier Villaurrutia Award, which presents a dissertation based on epistolary relationship research between Carlos Fuentes and Octavio Paz. Malva Flores proposes some conclusions that will generate a debate in the discussion about the cultural field in Mexico.

Doctor en Literatura Hispánica por el Colegio de San Luis. Maestro en Literatura Mexicana por la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Licenciado en Letras Españolas por la Universidad de Guanajuato. Líneas de investigación: Literatura española contemporánea, literatura mexicana moderna, literatura mexicana actual y los géneros íntimos.
