The objective of this article is to define what cultural, gender and literary studies are. Reflect on the relationship between them. Discuss how it is possible that they intersect. And try to explain the theoretical and methodological functioning of these interdisciplines. Likewise, this work offers a general panorama with respect to the current situation of gender studies and literary studies with this perspective in Mexico: what is being done? how? where?References
